Slow down to speed up- duh
A tough case of Covid sidelined me this week, and somehow I’ve accidentally accomplished more deep thinking and breakthrough synthesis in two days than in six months of chipping away at it.
Two truths stand out: 1) The clarity wouldn’t have come without the months of stacking ideas, conversations, tensions, and puzzle pieces. 2) Most of us simply don’t build in enough time for slow, deep, meandering thought.
I’m committing to creating that time—protecting space for reflection while still delivering best-in-class service to my school partners.
If you’re a solopreneur with a lot on your plate too, how do you carve out space for deep thinking? I’d love to learn from you.
